Email: order@theytus.com Ordering OnlineYou can start the on-line purchase process by registering for a FREE account with Theytus, click the Register button. If this is the first time you've entered our store and if you are on any book page by clicking the Add to Shopping cart button next to any book, you will be asked to Login In. Click the Sign Up button and enter your information. Your shopping basket will be displayed showing the selected book. If you wish, you can change the quantity and click Update. At this point you may continue to Checkout or Continue Shopping. You can always get back to your shopping cart by clicking the Shopping Cart Icon on the top right corner of your page. When you select Checkout the next step will ask you to verify your account and telephone number you will also be asked to select Payment Method (Credit Card or Interact Online). You can then press Cancel or Continue. Once you press Continue, you will be asked to confirm order, you have a choice to Cancel or Confirm. The next screen you will be asked to place in your credit card information. Fill in credit card information and press Continue to Check out. The invoice page will display. You can print a copy of the invoice for your records. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your "Bill To" address. Depending on your location your books will arrive anywhere from 2 days to a maximum of 2 weeks, in the US it may take up to 3 weeks. If you require your books immediately please email us at order@theytus.com or call 250-493-7181 ext. 2234 and ask for our courier services, quote your online invoice #, our shipper will quote you the courier rates and delivery times. If you accept the rates she will ask for you credit card to pay the extra charges. See below for our returns policy. Ordering DirectThe following customers can order directly from Theytus:

Returns PolicyTrade: Unsold books may be returned if they are in an undamaged, resaleable condition up to one year from date of original invoice with shipping costs prepaid. Our invoice number and date must be quoted. Returned books may require an adjusted discount and are accepted for credit only. Any unresaleable books will be returned at bookseller's expense. Paid Online: Books may be returned if they are in an undamaged, resaleable condition up to 30 days from date of original invoice with shipping costs prepaid. Your invoice must accompany all sales.
